PLYON PL2000 foil backed pavement marking tapes are designed to stripe asphalt and concrete surfaces, parking garages, warehouse floors, factory floors, roads and any other area where removable delineation is needed. Our tape is simple to install with no special equipment or contractor required. It is as thick as normal parking lot paint and has a durable, reflective surface. The tape's aggressive adhesive and conformable foil backing insure that when properly applied your reflective white, yellow lines will remain in place. Durability depends on traffic flow and proper installation. The tape performs best on smooth surfaces where all of the tape can make contact with the surface. Parking lots or warehouses with moderate to light traffic often get years of service out of the tape. The tape will conform to a moderately rough surface but performs best on smooth surfaces.

Performance Life

 

It is recommended that each customer thoroughly evaluate PLYON Pavement Marking Tapes under the conditions in the specified location. PLYON Technologies makes no generalized performance claims.

Application Methods:

1、Apply tape only to a clean, dry, grease & dust free surface. Coated with P120 contact adhesive if needed.

2、Cut the tapes according to your need, peel off the release liner.

3、Press firmly into position to obtain maximum adhesion from the adhesive. You can get the best adhesion

at 23C. At low temperatures, there is a chance of condensation forming, and the tack of the adhesive can be reduced.

4、Use rubber roll or rubber ramp to press.
