Application :
The highway tape applicator is specially designed for applying the high-performance reflective highway tape. It can also be used for the
applying the tape in other areas. The machine can be implement laid, also can be connected with SDH-200-T battery drive vehicle formed
with mechanical construction and improve working efficiency.
Main structure :
The machine includes wallboard, Tape core shaft, Cutting device, Silicon roller, Marking rod and Handle etc. It can be easily assembled and taken apart.
Specifications :
a. Maximum tape width for 350 mm.
b. Maximum tape roller diameter 560 mm
c. Maximum laying speed 1000 Meters/Hour
d. Can also spread two spacing for sticking 100 mm, which the width is 100 mm highway tape.
4、Operate instructions
a. Mounting tape in the tape core shaft and pull out it bypass the ￠ 50 aluminum roll with adhesive side up. Through it to the cutting knife gap and then laying it on the road.
b. Moving the Marking rod to the alignment marking lines
c. Pushing the applicator forward slowly you could lay the tape on the road.
d. Before cutting the tape, you should stop the machine and then tread down the pedal to cut off the tape. Don't move the machine when cutting the tape.
Maintenance:
a. Bearing and rotating components should keep good lubrication condition.
b. Silicon roller and cutting mechanism must be kept clean.
c. When mounting tape, don't tread down the pedal.
